Harmony
| Located in Union, Kentucky, Harmony is a 175-acre mixed-use development that brings traditional neighborhood aspect together with modern designs. Harmony was designed by Viox in accordance with the Union Town Plan. It features a combination of residential, commercial, and open space areas and uses a unique layout that promotes walking and outdoor recreation. Residential areas include rotary intersections and a street design that uses alleys and rear-entry garages to create a more orderly appearance from the front. |

Ft Thomas Overlook
| A new residential subdivision located in Ft. Thomas, Kentucky, overlooking Highlands Country Club Golf Course. The extreme slopes on this property made the grading design more challenging than usual, but resoluted in unique town home layouts with a custom feel and great views. |

Orleans
| Orleans subdivision is located off of Longbranch Road in Florence, Kentucky, and consists of a mix of attached and detached single-family homes. Viox & Viox worked with the developer to include unique and attractive features such as stone paver street accents, rotary intersections, and public spaces. |
