Engineering:
Our design staff consists of Professional Engineers (P.E.), designers, and draftsmen who take clients’ projects from conception to design and through the specification and bid document preparation process. Our responsibility to our clients does not end when we deliver plans. We also provide clients with representation at public hearings, manage the government permitting process. Our civil engineers have experience working for public agencies, private clients and in partnerships with other firms on commercial, residential, public infrastructure, and industrial jobs. Surveying:
Viox & Viox has specialized in Land Surveying since 1945. Our land surveyors have access to over six decades worth of records and utility plans which include documents from numerous local surveying companies, now defunct. We routinely perform boundary surveys, topographical surveys, platting services, and A.L.T.A./A.C.S.M. surveys using G.P.S., robotic total stations, and the latest data collection technology. Our licensed land surveyors have over 135 years of combined experience in the tri-state region. Landscape Architecture:
Our in house landscape architecture department offers our clients all the disciplines needed to complete site development plans in one place. In addition to site landscaping plans, our Landscape Architecture department will work with our professional engineers on streetscape designs to provide a more enjoyable urban pedestrian experience. We also offer conceptual land development plans in order to ensure a community is in harmony with the natural surroundings, allowing for the most comfortable community living experience.
