For the third year in a row, Viox & Viox is honored to award two graduating Lloyd Memorial High School students with $1,000 scholarships. The James H. Viox, Jr. Memorial Scholarship was created in 2020 to mark the 75th anniversary of Viox & Viox and is named after the Erlanger firm’s founder, Jimmy Viox, Jr. (Lloyd High School Class of 1934).
This year’s scholarship recipients are Ethan Spaulding and Jagur Eickhoff.
Ethan Spaulding will be attending Northern Kentucky University for their Pre-Pharmacy program. He plans to go to the University of Cincinnati afterwards to work towards his masters and doctorate in pharmacology. Ethan was a very active member of several sports teams, including being a team captain on his football team and playing basketball for 8 years.
Jagur Eickhoff will be attending Thomas More University to study Business. He hopes to one day work in business management or marketing. Jagur was also a member of the football team as well as a volunteer for a youth football camp and several other community outreach programs.
We are very proud of these high-achieving seniors and wish them all the best as they begin their college careers.
