Nassim’s career here has been defined by versatility, expertise, and a steady dedication to getting the details right. From civil site development to road design, surveying, and utility layouts, Nassim has had a hand in just about everything. His specialty? Residential subdivision design. His superpower? Keeping our CAD standards sharp and our drawings even sharper as the office’s CAD Manager.

But beyond the plans and profiles, Nassim brings a unique perspective to the team. Originally from Lebanon, he’s called the U.S. home for nearly 35 years, and he’s fluent in three languages (working on a fourth!). He’s a world traveler, a devoted dad, and a true soccer fanatic. If you’ve ever walked by the lobby TV during a World Cup match, chances are you’ve seen Nassim cheering on Brazil with full heart and full volume.
