This year, we’re celebrating an incredible milestone: 25 years of Caroline Weltzer at Viox & Viox!

As our Chief Financial Officer, Caroline has played a vital role in guiding our financial strategy and managing human resources—keeping our operations running smoothly while making sure our people are always supported. Her ability to wear many hats with both professionalism and humor has made her a one-of-a-kind presence at the heart of the company.
Caroline joined Viox & Viox in 2000, and over the last two and a half decades, she’s become much more than just a numbers person. She’s a leader, a problem-solver, and often, the one with the funniest story to tell. Whether it’s the time she had to call an exterminator for basement fleas (thanks to a family of raccoons), or the squirrel saga in the attic—Caroline has seen it all and handled it with grace and a good laugh.
She’s also one of those people who simply makes you smile. Her positive energy is contagious, and she brings a sense of warmth and joy to the workplace every single day.
A Purdue University graduate, Caroline is deeply involved in the Northern Kentucky community. Her impressive list of leadership roles and board service includes the Northern Kentucky Chamber of Commerce, Brighton Center Properties, and the Northern Kentucky Area Development District. In 2019, she was honored as an Outstanding Woman of Northern Kentucky—a well-deserved recognition of her dedication and impact both inside and outside the office.
Beyond her many professional achievements, Caroline is known for her love of family, her appreciation for a good Netflix binge, and her ability to find joy in the little things—like silly online videos and shared laughs with coworkers.
Caroline, thank you for 25 years of leadership, commitment, and heart. Viox & Viox wouldn’t be the same without you.
Happy 25-Year Anniversary!
