The Northern Kentucky Board of Realtors (NKAR) building provides just over 20,000 sq. ft. of office space and serves as the headquarters of NKAR. In addition to designing the site plan for NKAR, Viox & Viox also produced a 3-D model of the proposed site. This served as a useful visual aid not only for the client but also during the zone change process.
