Viox & Viox provided surveying, civil engineering, and landscaping architectural services on the 4-story Springhill Suites in Florence, Kentucky. The hotel was built on an out lot near Turfway Race Park and required a zone change as part of the approval process. Viox represented the owner throughout the public hearing process with the Boone County Planning Commission and the City of Florence. Viox & Viox provided a range of site development services which included site layout, grading, storm sewer, and utility design. The detention was accomplished by converting an existing pond into a stormwater detention pond.
