This station not only enhances emergency response capabilities but also stands as a testament to thoughtful planning, collaboration, and community-focused design.
From the very beginning when the first shovels hit the ground, we were honored to be part of the team bringing the Dream Street Fire Station in Florence, KY, to life. Our involvement included land surveying, site layout planning, grading design, utility planning, and landscape architecture services. Seeing the project come full circle, from the early stages of development to a completed, fully operational facility, is one of the most rewarding aspects of our work
We collaborated with KZF Design as the project architect, Mark Spaulding Construction for the build, and Global Business Solutions as the tech team. The teamwork between all parties helped ensure a smooth process and a final product that the City of Florence can be proud of.
This station not only meets critical infrastructure needs but also reflects a commitment to serving and protecting the community. The new facility is designed to support the evolving needs of Florence’s first responders while blending seamlessly into its surrounding environment.
