About Union Promenade

In 2022, Viox & Viox began work for the Union Promenade, a multi-use development in Union, Kentucky. The construction began in July of 2022 and will include apartments, restaurants, retail and entertainment space, a fuel station, and a Cincinnati Children’s hospital branch. The development is on the west side of US Highway 42, across from the Arbor Springs neighborhood.

The Union Promenade is being developed in collaboration between the Meierjohan Building Group and the Thomas J. Ackermann Co. Viox & Viox is providing civil engineering services as well as landscape architecture for the project. The project has an estimated value of ~$150 million.
