About devou park events center

Viox & Viox provided civil engineering, surveying, and landscape architectural services for the Devou Park Events Center. The events center has replaced the Devou Park Golf Course Clubhouse.

Viox & Viox worked with the City of Covington and the architect to conduct public design development meetings and explore multiple site concept plans. Multiple designs were created and presented to the City to explore, design, and critique options for what would most suit the needs for the proposed project. Once a plan was selected, Viox & Viox created the site civil drawings and landscape plan for the center.

The site design included a golf pro shop and event center, large outdoor patio, event lawn, golf cart staging/circulation area, storm water management, and utility design.

The Devou Park Events Center is a 4,000 square foot venue with a vista of the golf course. The building has accommodations for events as large as 200 guests.
