Viox & Viox provided all surveying, civil engineering, and landscape architectural services for this $12 million renovation project led by R.E.Hayes & Associates. The project required a complicated phasing program to ensure that construction did not disrupt the students during the school year. Total reconstruction included underground detention, parking, city storm sewer reconstruction, a water main extension, an entry plaza, and bus loop. All phasing for demolition, drainage, access, grading, and construction for this four-phase demolition/construction project occurred on the existing tightly spaced campus.
