Everett Ridge Subdivision is a residential development located in Kenton County, Kentucky. Viox & Viox provided civil engineering, land surveying, landscape architecture, planning, and 3D visualization services to support the design and development of the community.
To help visualize the proposed development, our team created detailed 3D renderings of key community features, including the entrance monument signage, bridge, clubhouse, pool, and surrounding amenity areas. These visualizations transformed conceptual plans into realistic representations that allowed stakeholders to better understand the character, scale, and overall appearance of the future community.
Using advanced 3D modeling software, the renderings incorporated architectural elements, landscaping, grading, circulation patterns, and site amenities to create an immersive representation of the development. The visualizations served as valuable tools for communicating design intent, evaluating site aesthetics, and supporting decision-making throughout the planning and design process.
In addition to the 3D modeling services, Viox & Viox assisted with site design for the community clubhouse area, including the proposed clubhouse, pool, pool deck, parking areas, mail delivery building, and pedestrian connections throughout the development.
