ABOUT Traemore Subdivision
Viox & Viox partnered with Drees Homes to develop immersive 3D models and renderings that brought the vision for the Traemore Subdivision to life before construction began. Central to this effort was translating early design concepts into realistic visualizations that supported confident planning and decision-making.
Our team began with conceptual models created in SketchUp and then utilized advanced rendering tools in Lumion to produce high-quality visuals that reflected materials, lighting, topography, and the character of the future neighborhood. These renderings allowed stakeholders to explore multiple design iterations and better understand how key site features would interact.
The 3D visualizations helped Drees Homes refine the overall development vision early in the process and move forward with confidence. When clients provide architectural 3D models or preliminary plans upfront, it further streamlines our workflow, saving time and reducing revisions.
In addition to 3D modeling and visualization services, Viox & Viox also supported Traemore with civil engineering, land surveying, and landscape architecture services.
