about Agave & Rye Public Parking Lot

The Agave & Rye development is located in the heart of downtown Hamilton, Ohio. This 0.84-acre site is a joint venture between private ownership and the City of Hamilton and serves as both a new public parking facility and the home of the popular restaurant, Agave & Rye. The project represents a long-anticipated redevelopment in a highly visible area of the city’s growing commercial district.

Viox & Viox provided all civil engineering, land surveying, and landscape architecture services for the City of Hamilton and the project stakeholders. Services included topographic surveying, conceptual and schematic design, construction documents, permitting, construction staking, and construction administration.

Viox & Viox also worked closely with both the City and the private development team to coordinate ownership, design, and construction responsibilities. The project required thoughtful collaboration to successfully balance public needs and private goals.
