about St. Elizabeth Primary Care
Viox & Viox provided land surveying, civil engineering, and landscape architecture services for a new St. Elizabeth Primary Care Physicians medical office building located in Hebron, Kentucky. The project included the site design for an approximately 11,500-square-foot medical office building and associated parking areas.
Viox & Viox completed the topographic and boundary surveying needed for the project, documenting existing elevations, improvements, paved areas, utilities, and other site features. The civil design included site layout, grading and erosion control, storm sewer design, stormwater detention and water quality, utility service connections, and construction details. Our landscape architecture team also prepared the planting plan in accordance with Boone County zoning requirements, including landscaping for buffer yards, vehicular use areas, and the building facade. Viox & Viox also supported the project through permitting and construction. Plans were coordinated and submitted for review to the Boone County Planning Commission and Sanitation District No. 1, along with the required KPDES stormwater documentation and SWPPP. During construction, our team provided shop drawing reviews, responded to RFIs, conducted site visits, and assisted with punch list reviews.
Following construction, Viox & Viox’s surveying services included storm sewer as-built documentation, detention basin surveying, outlet structure information, and surveys of private stormwater infrastructure to document the completed system and verify detention storage capacity.
