About Boone County Parks & Recreation
Viox & Viox provided land surveying, civil engineering, landscape architecture, permitting coordination, and construction administration services for the new Boone County Parks & Recreation building in Burlington, Kentucky.
The project included a new department building and storage building designed to support Boone County Parks Department operations. A key challenge was addressing the lack of parking at the previous facility. Through thoughtful site planning and design, Viox & Viox created dedicated parking areas for both visitors and employees, improving accessibility and overall site functionality.
Our team provided surveying, site layout, grading, pavement design, utility coordination, storm sewer and stormwater detention design, erosion control measures, and landscape architecture services. Viox & Viox also coordinated permitting efforts, prepared construction documents, provided construction administration support, and completed storm sewer as-built documentation following construction.
Through a collaborative approach and a full range of surveying, civil engineering, and landscape architecture services, Viox & Viox helped deliver a functional facility that will support Boone County Parks Department and the community for years to come.
