About Conner High School Fieldhouse
The new Conner High School Fieldhouse was designed to support growing athletic programs with updated locker rooms, weight training areas, and additional support spaces for students. Viox & Viox provided comprehensive civil engineering, permitting, and surveying services to bring this facility to life.
Civil design services included site demolition, grading, utility coordination, and the layout of the fieldhouse, driveway, and parking areas. We also designed the stormwater system, including detention and water quality measures, and prepared the erosion control plan and detailed construction documents. Throughout the process, we worked closely with the owner, client, and project consultants to ensure a smooth design and construction phase.
Permitting support included submittals to the Boone County Planning Commission, Sanitation District No. 1, and the Kentucky Division of Water, as well as bid-phase assistance and construction document updates.
Viox & Viox also provided the required surveying services, including the as-built site plan, topographic surveys of the detention basins, and documentation of stormwater structures to support compliance with SD1 requirements.
This project demonstrates Viox & Viox’s ability to deliver efficient, detailed civil engineering and surveying solutions for educational facilities.
