about Chimney Ridge

Chimney Ridge is a thoughtfully planned 30-lot residential subdivision located on approximately 25 acres in Loveland, Ohio. Viox & Viox provided comprehensive civil engineering and land surveying services to support the full development process. Services included the concept plan, preliminary plat, improvement plans, and preparation of a Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP). The design met the requirements of the City of Loveland, Western Water, Cincinnati MSD, and the State of Ohio.

Viox & Viox completed a boundary and topographic survey of the site and provided staking of proposed street and lot centerlines to support builder planning. Final subdivision plats and record drawings were prepared in accordance with local and state standards. The improvement plans included roadway design, storm and sanitary sewer layout, drainage systems, erosion control, and coordination with utility providers. Additional features included entry monument placement, mailbox locations, and grading design for stockpile areas.

From early planning through final platting, the Viox & Viox team supported the project with responsive design and permitting services to help establish a well-planned community in the City of Loveland.
