Viox & Viox was hired by Anchor Properties to provide civil engineering, land surveying, and landscape architectural services for the Walgreens located in Fort Wright, Kentucky. This location at the corner of Kyles Lane and Dixie Highway opened in November 2010. Viox & Viox secured a zone change at the site, and our firm worked closely with the contractor, Reece-Campbell, to complete all construction staking for the storm sewers and paving.
