Viox & Viox partnered with the VanTrust Real Estate LLC to build Park 536. Park 536 is a 100-acre industrial park which will consist of four buildings that will total to 1.2 million square feet. The park is hoping to attract some light-manufacturing, distribution, office, or e-commerce companies. Viox & Viox provided the Zoning Services, Civil Engineering Services, and Landscape Architecture Services for the industrial park. Construction is currently underway.
