The Mary Grubbs Highway is a state route (KY 14/16) divided roadway from I-75 east to U.S. 25 (South Main Street) in Walton, Kentucky.  The Mary Grubbs Highway continues eastward under the CNO&TP Railroad to the intersection with Apex Drive.  At that point, the roadway then becomes a residential street.

Viox & Viox was selected to design the extension and relocation of The Mary Grubbs Highway as an urban street to serve the proposed Logistics Park 75 (Omaha Enterprises).  The industrial park included approximately 3.2 million square feet of buildings. The highway was extended 6,000 LF eastward into Kenton County.  The road section included two travel lanes and one center lane with sidewalk on one side.  Also included in the design was public sewer, water main extension, electric, gas, and cable.
